Lina KuklyteOrganisational Architect

Organisational Architect for the AI Era

Design the organisation for your next stage of growth.

I help founders and leadership teams redesign how their organisations work — aligning strategy, structure, leadership, talent and AI-enabled ways of working.

Using the OrgOS framework, I diagnose the organisational constraints holding the business back, design the right operating model and help leadership turn it into practice.

Part of how I work is building practical tools — not just recommendations — so you can see the problem and work through it directly. See my tools →

One system. Five interconnected dimensions.

I help companies adopt AI and redesign how their teams work around it.

75%

of roles will need to be reshaped as AI embeds into how work gets done.

14%

of organisations have leadership consistently driving that change with a clear strategy.

Diagnose before prescribing

One system. Five interconnected dimensions.

Every organisation has an architecture: the connection between its strategy, structure, work, talent and leadership system. I call this the OrgOS framework. As companies grow and AI changes how work happens, that architecture needs to evolve with them.

Before I recommend any intervention, I assess the organisation as a whole system — not one part of it in isolation, across five interconnected dimensions:

Direction

01 Strategic Alignment

Are strategy, priorities, goals and resources aligned across the organisation?

Structure

02 Organisation Design

Do structure, roles, accountability and decision rights enable speed?

Work

03 AI & Work Redesign

Where can AI remove, augment or redesign workflows, roles and teams?

Capability

04 Talent & Capability

Do you have the talent density, critical roles, skills and succession needed for what's next?

Activation

05 Leadership & Operating Rhythm

Do leadership effectiveness, decision-making, accountability and management rhythms drive execution?

Outcome

Organisational Effectiveness & Execution

Five interconnected dimensions. One organisational system.
