I bring the perspective of someone who has spent 15+ years working inside organisations and leadership teams, helping businesses grow, scale and navigate increasing complexity — not only advising them from the outside.

My experience combines senior People leadership, organisational capability, business understanding, coaching and hands-on implementation. I have worked predominantly in technology and international organisations, including helping companies evolve from start-up to scale and leading People & Culture in a global business operating across multiple countries and cultures.

I bring a global perspective to my work. Having worked with leaders and teams across different markets and cultures, I understand that there is rarely one organisational model that works everywhere.

My Executive MBA and Corporate Governance qualification from ISM University of Management and Economics / EADA Business School complement my People and organisational experience with a broader business and governance perspective. My leadership and career coaching qualifications allow me to work not only with organisational systems, but also with the leaders who need to make change happen.

I also bring a builder mindset and a hands-on approach. I don't just want to stop at recommendations or presentations — I like turning organisational challenges into practical solutions, frameworks, processes and tools, and I'm actively experimenting with AI to build practical tools that address organisational and People challenges.

This hands-on AI experience also shapes how I think about the future of organisations — combining human capability and AI to work more effectively.
